Gratitude for God’s Grace - Nanette M. Holloway

Today I am grateful for God’s grace. Grace throughout life and grace for today. God’s benefits are continually at work within the hearts and minds of humanity.

I’m eternally grateful for His saving grace that rescued me from the law of sin and death.

And a gander at the past, reveals God’s handiwork to mold me into the person He wants me to be. The work continuing through life’s journey.

Then, new mercies are granted each day in a new sunrise and adventure as we walk with the Lord. Or perhaps new direction for issues that seem to evade resolve.

I’m thankful for grace and power through the Holy Spirit to live according to His will.

Grace to cover past mistakes and new offenses in an unknown future. Forgiveness: the free gift from God for a broken and contrite heart when wrongs occur.

Then, life intertwines with others on separate journeys. Evident hardships and struggles different from mine. I am reminded, “There go I, but for the grace of God.”

God’s Whisper

Come my Beloved, and abide in Me. Know My mercy and loving kindnesses which are new each day. Live and move and have your being in Me. Praise Me in the morning, at noon time and then when the sun sets. Thank me for all my benevolence toward you, My Precious Child.

Prayer for You Today

Child of God, may His mercies overtake you on the journey ahead. I ask God for blessings of health, and grace during this day and hope in this Thanksgiving Season. Amen.
