A parade of blooms has begun it seems.

New blooms appear each day along my garden path.

Purple carpets of creeping phlox grace the steps of rock,

And a million tiny flowers burst in the fresh green grass.

Some yellow, purple, pink or blue and weeds burgeon with pretty colors.

The parade of blooms create a stir the wake of winter’s end.

The season is here that makes us sneeze as the breeze tickles noses with no relief.

Yet the beauty burgeons before our eyes as the parade continues in a blooming tide.

A prayer of gratitude to God as coats and cold are nearly past.

What blossoms next in the continuous parade?

I spy a tulip bed in the park. Certainly, a favorite as the parade marches forth, so bright and gay.

Iris ready themselves in line with bold bright colors of diversity yet to pop.

Thank goodness for blooms that make me sneeze as the spring season continues forth.

The blooms suspend in colorful array reminding Easter is on the way.

The coming season of Resurrection Light for all the world to behold.

Christ is risen; the tomb now empty.

My Lord now lives within my heart and yours never to depart.
