Spring burgeons with fresh new blooms. Hues of Brown and gray give way to green and new blossoms.
Birds chirp joyful songs and visit bird feeders. As the iris fades, a rose bursts forth.
My heart turns to the garden as the parade of blossoms ensues. Although I’m anxious for front porch sitting, cool temperatures linger here in the Midwest. New blossoms surprise me on my daily garden tour. Especially inviting are perennials planted last year with forgotten identity. Yes, pretty yellow flowers.
Spring fever nips at my heels. I’m anxious to resume outdoor activities, soak up sunshine and enjoy God’s beautiful creation.
Hope is in the air. A new season unfolds with the invitation to enter into the God’s Garden.
God is waiting. What are your waiting for, my friend.
A Prayer for Today
Father,
Our hearts cry out to you in the midst of a chaotic world. We continue prayers for those who sick from Covid-19, individuals who care for those in hot spots, and our leaders grappling for answers. Grant them wisdom in this crisis. We thank you and praise you that you hold the answers we seek. Thank you for the beauty of the new season bursting forth with blooms to brighten our lives and provide hope. Thank your loving presence and grace this day. Amen.
God’s Whisper
As you come to the Garden of My Presence enter into my loving presence that is higher, deeper and broader than the surrounding chaos of the world. Wait for Me, My Beloved. Seek me with all your heart and you will find me. My peace engulfs the troubled soul.
Come. Escape in the beauty and fragrance of My divine provision. Let go of the banter of the chaos in the world. Escape into my divine presence. Receive all that I have for you this day. Grace, peace, protection. Know that you are my Child and you are loved.
Love, The Father
Scripture for Today

“Consider the lilies, how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” (Luke 12:27 KJ21)
